Garway Parish Council  

Meetings.

Meeting are held approx every 6 weeks on a Monday in Garway Village Hall. A list of meetings for the year are posted on the main notice board on Garway Common and the Parish Magazine.

A quorum of 3 is needed for a meeting to take place.

A member of the local policing team based at Peterchurch is always in attendance. usually Community Support Officer Fiona Witcher or P C Andrew Bundy. An open Forum is held before every meeting when the team can listen to any concerns that parishioners have and address them, together with keeping the community informed on what they are doing.
